FedDev Ontario is seeking a contractor for office workspace upgrades in Ottawa and Montreal. - Government buyer: - Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) - Ottawa and Montreal office locations - OEMs and vendors: - Teknion (primary OEM for cubicle components and furniture) - Products/services requested: - Refitting Ottawa office floorplan to increase workstations from 34 to 46 - Reuse existing Teknion cubicle components - Provide new Teknion materials as needed - Detailed list of Teknion panels, power harnesses, connectors, power boxes, and other components - Example part numbers: WT51 24, WT51P2 48, EKBH8T120, EKCF8T120, KCC513, EKQPD, EKROS - Quantities range from 1 to 102 per item - Purchase, delivery, and installation of office furniture in Montreal - Installation and reconfiguration services for both locations - Unique or notable requirements: - All products must meet ANSI/BIFMA e3 Furniture Sustainability Standard minimum Level 2 - Finishes must match existing Teknion fabrics and colors - CAD files available upon request - If two or more Indigenous businesses submit bids, procurement will be set aside for Indigenous firms under PSIB - No security requirement for this contract

Description

The Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) requires a contractor to refit the Agency's Ottawa office floorplan, increasing from 34 to 46 workstations. Existing components are to be reused where possible, with new materials provided as needed. Additionally, there is a requirement for the purchase, delivery, and installation of office furniture in Montreal, Quebec, by November 30, 2026. The procurement will be solicited among the General Stream of Supply Arrangement holders, with a potential set-aside for Indigenous businesses if two or more submit bids. There is no security requirement for this contract.
