Description

The Correctional Service of Canada seeks to award a contract for reintegration services and support to Indigenous offenders in Manitoba. The services include Elder support, cultural teachings, counselling, employability skills development, job training, mentorship, and wrap-around supports. The contractor will provide in-person visits to institutions and community sites, collect and report on services provided, and support offenders in culturally appropriate ways. The contract duration is 24 months, with an initial period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, and an option to extend for one additional year.
