This is a Sources Sought Notice for informational purposes only to determine the interest and availability of potential qualified contractors for a new Water Intake Facility at the Radford Army Ammuntion Plant (RFAAP). RFAAP, located in Radford, VA is a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) production facility providing state-of-the-art propellants, energetics, and munitions to support the Warfighter. All production at RFAAP depends on river water. Completing construction to the supporting infrastructure and in-water work will ensure the continued operation of the primary water intake at RFAAP and resilience of water supply to the facility.
