The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking to procure Apryse MiPACS Dental Enterprise Viewer software licenses and annual support services for dental clinics in Oklahoma City, Yukon, Norman, and additional locations. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 - Oklahoma City VA Health Care System Dental Clinics (including Norman, Yukon, South, North, Lawton) - OEMs and Vendors: - Apryse (formerly Medicor Imaging) - Products Requested: - MiPACS Dental Enterprise Viewer Licenses - Part Number: DIE-DV-3 - Quantity: 100 (perpetual licenses) - MiPACS Dental Enterprise Annual Support & Maintenance - Part Number: DIE-SUPP-5 - Quantity: 12 (months) - One-year support agreement for MiPACS licenses - Unique Requirements: - Brand name restriction: Only Apryse MiPACS products are acceptable - Compatibility with existing dental imaging devices and integration with current VA systems - Buy American compliance and submission of certificates and authorization letters - Delivery, installation by VA staff, annual maintenance, technical support, software updates, and reporting - Contract may include option years and possible service extensions - Notable Details: - The MiPACS system is already in use and must be maintained and expanded for new activations - Support services include phone-based technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor communication - The procurement is intended to expand dental services and ensure continuity of patient care across multiple clinics

Request for Quote (RFQ) : MiCAPS Viewer Licenses and Support Services

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.
