The General Services Administration (GSA) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division is soliciting quotes for mobile vehicle lift columns and related fleet maintenance equipment for Fort Hood, TX. - Government Buyer: - General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division - Products/Equipment Requested: - One system of six mobile vehicle lifting columns (P/N AP1001320 or equal) - Five lots of vehicle lift system components (P/N AP1001310 or equal), each lot including: - One set AP111905A or equal - One transmission jack (P/N 3180A or equal, 4,400 lbs capacity) - One dual wheel dolly (P/N AP117532 or equal, 1,500 lb capacity) - Four HMMWV adapters - One vehicle adapter cart (P/N AP3246 or equal) - Two pairs of 10-ton vehicle jack stands (P/N AP063180 or equal) - One system of eight mobile vehicle lifting columns (P/N AP1001321 or equal) - Key Technical Requirements: - Each lifting column must support at least 19,000 lbs - Rechargeable battery power for cordless operation - Synchronized lifting and lowering, daisy-chain charging system - Integrated wheels, mechanical safety locks, overload protection, emergency stop controls - All equipment must be ANSI/ALI-ALCTV and ISO9001 certified; components must comply with ASME/PALD and ANSI standards - Notable Details: - Equipment must be delivered FOB Destination within the Continental United States - No specific OEMs are named, but part numbers suggest Stertil-Koni or Rotary Lift as likely manufacturers - Vendors may offer 'equal' products meeting all specifications - Pricing must be held firm for 60 days from offer receipt

Description

The General Services Administration, Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Vehicle Lifts and Accessories. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal or, be willing to register for OMS Vendor Portal within 5 days of award notice.

Delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. See the RFQ for the delivery city, state, and zip code; however, full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders.

Prices are requested on an FOB Destination basis, including the vendor’s best delivery lead time. 

If any required documents are not submitted or required field left blank or if the completion of required clauses and provision fill-ins are not made (as applicable), further consideration for award will not be made.
