The City of Decatur is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide turnkey services including design, bid assistance, and construction administration for the installation of a microgrid system. This system will include a solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system, battery energy storage system (BESS), and DC Fast Charger at the Decatur Police Department located at 420 West Trinity Place, Decatur, Georgia. The project start date will be determined after coordination with Georgia Power and project award. Proposals are due by October 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
