Description

The City of Albany is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the purchase, absolute acquisition, and adaptive reuse of the City-owned building located at 218 N. Washington Street, Albany, GA 31701. Proposals are to be submitted to the City of Albany, Procurement Division by 5:00 pm on October 13, 2026. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Zoom on September 21, 2026, to provide an overview of development goals and answer preliminary questions.
