This solicitation is for the supply of custom reactivated granular activated carbon (GAC) services. The work includes transferring spent GAC into transport trucks, reactivating the GAC using NSF 61 certified facilities, blending with re-agglomerated bituminous-based coal GAC, testing the quality of the blend, transporting it to the owner's water treatment facility in Acworth, GA, transferring the GAC into the contractors, and providing documentation to the owner.
