Description

The University of Montana-College of Science intends to award a sole source contract to Picarro Inc. for a G2401-m High-Precision GHG Concentration Analyzer used for in-flight measurements of CO, CO2, CH4, and H2O, including an A0901 19" monitor. The University will accept challenges from vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent solution meeting all requirements. Challenges must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on September 24, 2026. If no challenges are received, the University may proceed with awarding the contract to Picarro Inc.
