This opportunity is for a sole-source procurement by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake City VA Medical Center, for installation and expansion of the PAR Excellence weight-based inventory management system. - Sole-source contract to PAR Excellence Systems, Inc. due to proprietary technology and system compatibility - Firm-fixed price contract covering installation, expansion, and support for inventory management - Products requested include: - PAR Bins Replenish Licenses (17 units) - Over 3,000 scales (small, medium, large platforms) - Controllers (56 units) - Cath hangers, louver mount kits, hardware accessories, plastic storage bins, chrome wire shelving units, bridge allocations, louvered racks and panels - All items are specified with part numbers and quantities where available - The system must interface with the VA's GIP inventory platform - Period of performance is one year, from September 15, 2026 to September 14, 2027, with an option to extend - No competing vendors due to sole-source justification; only PAR Excellence Systems, Inc. is eligible - The procurement supports inventory management for the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center and its outpatient clinics
