The City of Redwood City is announcing the availability of HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) funding for eligible supportive services projects. The City seeks proposals from existing providers to deliver supportive services to Qualifying Populations as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These populations include individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence or human trafficking, at risk of housing instability, and in need of services to prevent homelessness.
