Description
The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide as needed event and party equipment rental items including jumpers, tables, chairs, heaters, lights, tents/canopies, concession equipment, dance floors, service ware, and linens. These rental items will be used at various City events. The successful firms will execute a master agreement for professional on-call services. When services are required, the City will request a job specific proposal from the firm best suited for the scope of work and will issue a purchase order accordingly. Firms may provide pricing for any combination of units or service categories; pricing for all categories is not mandatory.
