USUHS awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp for ServiceNow term software licenses to include all major releases of the software and documentation made available during each respective license’s term. ServiceNow software products and support include the following components: ServiceNow® Agile Team, ServiceNow® Impact Guided – Public Sector (US v4), ServiceNow® AI Search Starter - Documents, ServiceNow® Integration Hub Starter – Transactions, ServiceNow® Additional Non-Production Instance, ServiceNow® Customer Service Management Professional with App Engine 100 – Fulfiller User v6, ServiceNow® Hardware Asset Management Professional - Subscription Unit v4, ServiceNow® Document Intelligence Starter - 5K Document Intelligence Pages, and ServiceNow® App Engine Enterprise - Fulfiller User.
