Description
This Request for Standing Offer (RSO) is issued by the Legislative Assembly of BC to establish one or more standing offers with vendors for remote English-to-American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services. The services support live broadcasting of Routine Business of House sittings, including Member statements, Question Period, petitions, and committee reports. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed number or value of contracts. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for four additional 12-month terms at the Legislative Assembly's discretion.
