Description

The City of Delta is soliciting proposals from designers and architects to develop designs for houseplexes consisting of 3-4 principal dwelling units without accessory dwelling units. These designs are intended for properties designated Small Scale Residential (SSR) in the Official Community Plan (OCP). The City may select multiple proponents to illustrate a range of houseplex projects that could be built in Delta. Questions must be submitted by September 21, 2026, and addenda will be posted on BC Bid.
