The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking an Annual Agreement for plumbing maintenance and repair services as needed from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, for their Shipping Point Dothan office located at 1557 Reeves Street, Dothan, AL 36303. Services include but are not limited to maintenance and repair of toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, and other plumbing-related tasks. The supplier must be a licensed plumber, and the department reserves the right to request a copy of the plumber's license. The service period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with various scopes of service including service calls, hourly rates for different times, equipment rental, and parts and materials.
