Description

The City of Redmond is requesting informal proposals from qualified Contractors to perform on-call roof and gutter repair and maintenance on all City of Redmond Public Works and Airport facilities. The contract will be for one year with an option to extend for three additional one-year terms. Multiple agreements may be executed to ensure adequate services. This is an all or nothing bid, and only Contractors able to perform all services should propose. The total contract value will not exceed $250,000.
