Waller Independent School District (WISD) is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP 272-2027) from qualified vendors to provide Instructional and Special Education Contracted Services for all programs throughout the district. Proposals are accepted until September 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. WISD prefers online submissions via their electronic system but will accept sealed proposals at the Administration Office. No fax or email submissions are accepted. Vendors awarded contracts for previous related RFPs are not required to respond to this RFP. WISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may waive minor irregularities.
