This Task Order seeks to select a master development partner to collaborate with HDP in implementing the Housing Concept Plan for the redevelopment of the former Dillehay Courts housing site, the adjacent Atrium Health warehouse, and additional vacant land. The project involves a large-scale, mixed-income, and mixed-use redevelopment. Respondents must present a development approach, preliminary financial feasibility analysis, proposed financial plan, ownership and partnership structure, implementation strategy, and evidence of relevant capacity.
