Description

Alameda County Behavioral Health Department seeks to establish a pool of contractors to provide residential treatment services for youth aged 12-17 experiencing substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions and involvement in child welfare, probation, and education systems. The services will be provided under the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System program and must meet American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria levels 3.1, 3.2, and 3.5. Programs must be ASAM certified and licensed by the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing division as Residential Community Treatment Facilities. The project aims to provide structured, 24-hour therapeutic environments to support stabilization, treatment engagement, and transition to lower levels of care.
