Description

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the replacement of culverts at Foothill Road (MP 3.33) and Santa Susana Pass Road (MP 1.0). The scope includes public access and notice, mobilization, traffic control and construction signing, water pollution control, utility and roadway facilities management, potholing, roadway preparation, fence removal and replacement, demolition, excavation and backfill, installation of precast reinforced concrete pipe, rip rap apron, junction box, headwalls, asphalt concrete repair, pavement delineation and striping, and related appurtenant work. The project is managed by the PWA department and is currently open for bids.
