Description

The City of Lancaster is seeking qualified proposers to provide complete armed and unarmed security services on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The services include furnishing all labor, management, supervision, uniforms, licenses, permits, communication devices, safety equipment, transportation, reports, and incidental resources necessary to perform the services. The primary user is the Parks, Arts, Recreation and Community Services Department, with the Lancaster Performing Arts Center as the principal service location. Services may also be requested for other city departments, facilities, programs, and events. The contract aims to provide a flexible and scalable security resource for the city.
