The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Electrophoresis CPT; Contractor shall provide a fully automated, gel electrophoresis instrument that can perform both serum and urine electrophoresis (SPEP/UPEP), immunofixation (SIFE/UIFE) and Immunotyping (IT) to identify monoclonal and polyclonal gammopathies for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Hospital, located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229. See attached Statement of Work.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) has a continued need for Serum and Urine Protein Electrophoresis, IFE, and IT instrumentation. The contractor shall provide a fully automated, gel electrophoresis instrument that can perform both serum and urine electrophoresis (SPEP/UPEP), immunofixation (SIFE/UIFE) and Immunotyping (IT) to identify monoclonal and polyclonal gammopathies. The Sebia instruments Capillarys and Hydrasys have been in use in the STVHCS Chemistry Laboratory 2016.
