FEMA's Disaster Emergency Communications Division is seeking Peplink Cellular Bonding Services to support Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) assets. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - Disaster Emergency Communications Division - OEMs Highlighted: - Peplink - Pepwave - Vendors must provide brand name only Peplink and Pepwave subscription services. - Requested Services: - 200 one-year In-Control 2 subscriptions for Peplink HD2 Dome (part number ICS-B06-1Y) - 2 one-year EssentialCare subscriptions for Balance 1350 - 3 one-year EssentialCare subscriptions for Balance SDX Pro - 1 one-year InControl subscription (ICS-B03-1Y) - 3 one-year InControl subscriptions (ICS-B04-1Y) - 1 EssentialCare subscription (1-year) for MAX HD1 Dome Pro 5G - All services are to be delivered within 90 days after contract award. - Notable Requirements: - Brand name only (no substitutes) - Evaluation based on lowest priced technically acceptable proposals - Services support critical cellular communications for disaster response operations

Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire In-Control Services for Peplink HD2 Domes. Pepwave devices provide enhanced critical cellular communications capabilities to MERS assets in the field. Evaluation of proposals will be based on lowest priced technically acceptable in accordance with Statement of Work.

CLIN  001 Peplink Cellular Bonding Services - Subscription Service shall include the following:

    <li>&ndash; 200 (ea.) 1-YEAR IN-CONTROL 2 SUBSCRITION FOR HD2 DOME (ICS-B06-1Y)</li>
    <li>&ndash; 2 (ea.) 1-Year EssentialCare Subscription Service: Balance 1350</li>
    <li>&ndash; 3 (ea.) 1-Year EssentialCare Subscription Service: Balance SDX Pro</li>
    <li>&ndash; 1 (ea.) 1-Year InControl Subscription Service ICS-B03-1Y</li>
    <li>&ndash; 3 (ea.) 1-Year InControl Subscription Service ICS-B04-1Y</li>
    <li>-- 1 (ea.) EssentialCare Subscription Service (1-Year) for MAX HD1 Dome Pro 5G</li>

The period of perfomance will be 90 days after award.
