Description

The solicitation is for a consultant to perform preliminary engineering design, environmental study, permitting, and develop design plans, specifications, and estimates for improvements on SE Eastgate Way Sidewalk between Richards Road and 13212 SE Eastgate Way. The work includes evaluating alternative cross sections, selecting a preferred alternative, completing environmental study and permitting, and providing design support during construction. Additional improvements involve site preparation, erosion control, storm drainage, water quality facilities, landscaping, traffic control, and other mitigation as required. The project is federally funded with a zero percent FSBE goal and a voluntary ten percent SBE goal.
