The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is providing notice of a modified matching program pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Payment Integrity Information Act of 2019. This program involves the computerized comparison of SBA benefits program records with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Do Not Pay (DNP) Working System to identify and prevent improper payments and conduct related recovery activities. The matching program covers multiple SBA programs listed in the appendix and will be effective from 30 days after publication through September 10, 2029.
