Description

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Statistics is requesting reinstatement with changes of a previously approved information collection for the 2026 National Survey of Victim Service Providers. This survey collects national data on victim service providers in the U.S., including types of crimes served, services provided, staff composition, and preparedness for mass violence incidents. The survey is voluntary and targets programs and organizations that have provided services to victims in the past six months. Comments on the collection are accepted until November 10, 2026.
