Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) invites public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information entitled "NRC Form 366, Licensee Event Report." This collection requires licensees to report significant events related to the operation of commercial nuclear power plants to ensure protection of public health, safety, and the environment. The reports are submitted on NRC Forms 366, 366A, and 366B as required by 10 CFR 50.73. The NRC estimates 344 annual responses from 94 respondents, with a total annual burden of 20,000 hours.
