Description

The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking proposals from qualified Licensed Design Build Firms to perform production and delivery of design documents and construction services of Modular Homes for the NHA. A pre-proposal virtual conference is scheduled for September 22, 2026. Proposals must be received electronically by 4:45pm MDST on October 8, 2026. Preference will be given to Navajo or Indian Organizations and Navajo or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises in accordance with relevant regulations.
