This Request for Services (RFS) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, Department of Public Service Delivery, on behalf of the Project Owner, to prospective Pre-Qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for Make-Up Air Unit Replacement as described in the Statement of Work (Appendix 1).
