Description
The Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board propose to adopt regulation changes in 8 AAC 45.083 regarding fees for medical treatment and services. The main change is to adopt by reference the January 1, 2027 edition of the Official Alaska Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Schedule. Public comments are invited until October 9, 2026, with a hearing scheduled for October 15, 2026, in Anchorage and via Zoom. The proposed changes are not expected to require additional funding.
