Description
The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2023-23-06, which applied to certain Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 2000EX airplanes. This AD continues to require revising the existing maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations to address an unsafe condition related to reduced structural integrity. The directive mandates compliance with updated airworthiness limitations as specified in EASA AD 20260041.
