The Civil Rights Cold Case Records Review Board received 5,412 pages of records from the National Archives and Records Administration related to four civil rights cold case incidents. The agencies proposed 1,436 postponements including sealed federal grand jury information. On September 4, 2026, the Review Board approved 1,431 postponements and determined that 4,001 pages in full and 103 pages in part should be publicly disclosed.
