Description

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to The Mathworks Inc. for Matlab Software. The Government intends to negotiate solely with The Mathworks Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Current modeling software can only be executed by Matlab products produced by Mathworks. The NAICS Code is 541519, and the Small Business Size Standard is $34M.
