The scope includes development, review, and adoption of the University's 2030-2040 Campus Master Plan for the Tallahassee and Panama City campuses. Services include project management, data collection and analysis, GIS and spatial analysis, stakeholder engagement, planning and technical studies, development and evaluation of planning alternatives, preparation of plan documents, coordination with governmental entities, and support for University review and adoption.
