Description

The Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) requires a contract to provide statewide, 24/7 poison control hotline services staffed with medical personnel to handle inquiries related to public health emergencies, including poison control and public health calls. The Missouri Poison Center (MPC) currently provides these sole source poison control services and is the only certified regional poison control center in Missouri. This procurement is a single feasible source solicitation due to the proprietary nature of the service and the unique certification of MPC. The contract period is from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with two one-year renewal options.
