Description

This project involves furnishing, installing, configuring, and supporting a fully integrated audiovisual system for a conference room as detailed in the attached Exhibit A. The work includes installation of displays, projection systems, AV racks, structured cabling, audio and video systems, control systems, cameras, and programming. The project requires a C-10 contractor license and must be completed within 30 working days. Bidders must submit paper bids and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 18, 2026.
