Description

Lane County is soliciting proposals for Solid Waste Engineering and Technical Services including landfill engineering design, construction management, construction quality assurance, AutoCAD mapping, operations support, regulatory assistance, hydrogeological services, closure and post-closure financial assurance, leachate management, environmental monitoring reporting, and other general services. The contract will cover a 3-year period with an option to extend for an additional 2 years. A key project is the design and management of a 20-acre landfill liner construction at the Short Mountain Landfill, along with assistance for annual regulatory reporting and operational compliance.
