Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 (PVSD) is seeking qualified mechanical engineering firms to provide professional consulting services on an as-needed basis through a Standing Offer arrangement. The Standing Offer will establish pre-approved resources and hourly rates for future projects but does not guarantee any minimum volume of work. The initial term is one year with an option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. PVSD operates 41 facilities including 39 schools and undertakes 10-15 capital and maintenance projects annually with a budget of approximately $3-3.5 million.
