Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Regina Public Library to select a highly qualified and experienced service provider for snow clearing and removal services. The contract period is for 2 years starting November 1, 2026, with an option to extend for an additional year. Services include snow clearing and removal from select Regina Public Library parking lots and sidewalks, as well as applying sand/ice melt and clearing sidewalks, steps, and entrances. The service is required seven days a week, primarily when libraries are closed unless otherwise directed.
