The City of Columbus Water & Power is seeking bids for an Indefinite Quantity Agreement covering calibration, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of instrumentation and tools used at water reclamation plants and a compost facility. - Government Buyer: - City of Columbus, Columbus Water & Power (CWP IT) - OEMs and Vendors: - Notable OEMs: Fluke, Amprobe, Extech, Megger, Tektronix, Foxboro, Altek, Ametek, Bentley Nevada, Dwyer, Krohne, Piecal, Simpson, Additel, B&K, Beckman, Biddle, Cutler Hammer, Dynapar, E Instruments, Fieldpiece, Fixtur Laser, Ideal, Keithley, Red Lion, RIS, Salisbury, Sperry, Transmation, UEI, Veeder Root, WB Johnson - Products/Services Requested: - Calibration, repair, and emergency maintenance services for meters, calibrators, testers, and related instrumentation - Specific products include Fluke Multi-Function Processor Calibrators (725EX), True RMS Multi-meters (177), Process Meters (787, 789), Pressure Modules (700P27EX), Dry Well Calibrators (9102S), Amprobe meters (RS-3, RS-7, ACD-3, etc.), Extech meters (PRC30, AN100, HD700, etc.), Megger multimeters (MIT400/2), and many other models - Parts replacement and shipping to OEMs for specialized calibration/repair (with prior approval) - Vendors must provide unit costs for hourly rate, overtime, calibration per piece, trip charges, parts markup, miscellaneous charges, and manufacturer shipping - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have repair facilities within 20 miles of the listed locations or provide free transport service - Emergency services are included in scope - Prior approval required for shipping items to OEMs - All invoices must be submitted electronically - Estimated annual spend is $50,000 - Agreement duration is until expiration, with services provided on an as-needed basis

This solicitation is for establishing an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Instrument/Tool Calibration & Maintenance Services for the City of Columbus, Columbus Water & Power. The services include emergency services, parts, and repair services on an as-needed basis. The agreement duration is until October 1, 2027, with an estimated annual spend of $50,000.
