The City of San Antonio is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform commercial solid waste and disposal services primarily for the Metropolitan Health District Department (SAMHD) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). Other City departments may also generate material to be handled under this contract. The City reserves the right to add or delete collection site locations and guarantees no minimum volume of generated material.
