Imperial Irrigation District (IID) is requesting proposals to construct a 2,100 acre-foot off-line storage reservoir and a 1.8-mile Intake Canal located north of the All-American Canal and east of the East Highline Canal, approximately 5 miles southwest of Holtville, California. The project includes a reservoir with a maximum water storage depth of 6 feet, an Intake Canal with a capacity of 1,500 cfs, water release structures to the East Highline Canal, gated control structures for reservoir inlet and outlet, and operation cycles within 24 hours. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and questions must be submitted in writing by October 14, 2026. Respondents must attend the mandatory meeting to submit a proposal.
