Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking qualified contractors to enter into on-call contracts (price agreements) to perform rock scaling work as needed upon issuance of work orders. ODOT intends to award price agreements to each qualified contractor that submits a responsive bid. Selection of contractors for specific work will be made from among the price agreement holders using procedures described in the attached Sample Price Agreement. The contract term is initially 5 years with possible extensions up to a maximum of 15 years.
