Inouye International Airport, Honolulu, Oahu. - Government Buyer: - State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Airports Division, Oahu District - Contact: Mr. Gary Kam - Scope of Services: - Landscape maintenance across multiple airport areas (A, B, C) - Includes landscaping, hedge trimming (monthly), tree trimming (quarterly and semi-annual), fertilization, pest control, irrigation system maintenance, slope erosion control, rubbish removal, weeding, watering, grass cutting and edging, vine and ground cover trimming, pesticide and herbicide application - Additional landscaping services may be requested as directed - Product/Service Line Items: - Landscaping services for Areas A, B, and C (12 months each) - Hedge trimming (monthly) for Areas A, B, and C (12 months each) - Tree trimming (quarterly and semi-annual) for Areas A, B, and C - Fertilization services for Areas A, B, and C - Additional landscaping services as needed - Unique Requirements: - Contractors must hold a valid State of Hawaii Specialty Contractors "C-27" license - Certified arborists must be employed - Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays - Compliance with state and federal statutes, nondiscrimination, and equal employment opportunity regulations - Vendor registration in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) or submission of valid compliance documents - Transaction fee payable to Tyler Hawaii (HIePRO administrator) - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are mentioned; this is a service-based solicitation - Contract term is 12 months, with options to extend up to 48 months total, subject to satisfactory performance and funding
