Description

This solicitation is for selected tenant improvements to the International Arrivals Hall at Portland International Airport. The scope includes installation of new Port-furnished passport control booths, fixed barricades and gates to control passenger flow, expansion and modification of existing back-of-house and office areas, new interior paint and flooring finishes, reconfiguration of baggage recheck and bus queuing areas, modification and reinstallation of existing handrails on staircases, and adding new hardware to existing exterior doors. The project also includes three additive alternates for other improvements, which may be awarded at the Port's option. Bids are to be submitted electronically, and a pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams.
