The Hawaii Department of Health's Tuberculosis Control Branch is seeking digital X-ray services for TB screening and diagnosis on Maui. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health, Tuberculosis Control Branch - Public Health Nursing Branch - Maui Unit - Scope of Services: - Digital chest X-ray imaging for individuals suspected of latent or active tuberculosis - Approximately 450 single-view chest X-ray images (PA, Lordotic, or Lateral views) - 10 double-view chest X-ray images for children under 5 (AP and Left Lateral views) - Technical Requirements: - Digital transmission of X-ray images to the Department's PACS system via HIPAA-compliant VPN - CD copies of images produced upon request - Radiology office sites must be located in Central Maui and/or Lahaina - Flexible hours required, including evenings and/or a weekend day - Chest X-rays must be completed within five working days of referral - Administrative Requirements: - Vendors must be Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) compliant at the time of award - Must accept State of Hawaii PCard transactions - Total contract cost, including taxes, must not exceed $49,500 for the contract period - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solicitation is open to qualified radiology service providers
