Description
The Massachusetts Health Policy Commission (HPC) is soliciting responses from qualified bidders to provide expertise regarding the Massachusetts behavioral health workforce, behavioral health care delivery systems, and qualitative research. The contractor will perform research activities supporting HPC Behavioral Health Workforce Center priority topics, including policies and programs relevant to the child and youth serving behavioral health workforce, workforce and care delivery capacity within intermediate levels of behavioral health care for children and youth, and workforce training, supervision, supports, and career pathways for behavioral health providers. The procurement is managed by the HPC and includes multiple attachments and forms to be completed. The deadline for responses is September 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
