Description

The City of South Portland is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Bicycle-Pedestrian Master Plan aimed at creating a more walkable and bikeable environment. The plan will identify strategies and recommendations for infrastructure investments to improve safety, infrastructure, and connectivity, encouraging walking and biking for transportation and recreation. It will build upon existing city plans and studies, prioritize inclusive public engagement, and is scheduled for completion over a 24-month grant period starting July 1, 2026. Proposals must be registered and submitted by October 1, 2026.
