Description

The City of Spokane is soliciting proposals through an Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) to provide instructional youth tennis programs. The scope includes teaching fundamentals of tennis, enhancing skill levels, and supervising tennis summer camps and after-school programs. The contractor will be responsible for program administration, curriculum, equipment, registration, marketing, supervision, and evaluation.
